GetGlasses.online has a 14-day, no-questions-asked free returns policy. We are confident in our frames, lenses and sunglasses and it would please us greatly to know if you enjoy your purchases from GetGlasses.online!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Get Glasses Online Customer Care at 1-844-655-6490 for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 14 days of receipt of the product. We also cover the shipping cost of items returned within 14 days for US or Canada.
The product must be returned within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the RA number. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were included with the product.
If the item is returned in its original condition, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund based on your original method of payment. Returns that do not meet this condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
When you purchase your products with us, whether it be new frames, eyeglasses or sunglasses, we'll make sure that you're covered! Your product will be protected for up to 90 days after the purchase date. We also cover the shipping cost of items returned within 90 days for US or Canada.

Follow these simple steps for a prompt refund:
1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by calling Customer Care at 844-655-6490 or sending an email to: email@example.com. Please have your invoice or packing list prepared before placing the call;
2. For our Canada and U.S customers, we will send you a pre-paid return label.
3. Securely package item(s) in the original packaging (including any documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc. that were received along with the product);
4. Include the packing list in the box & please write the RA number on the outside of the package;
5. Send your order to the address provided by the Customer Care Team when obtaining the RA number; and
6. Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an exchanged item or refund you in the same form of the original payment for the price of the item(s), usually within 15 business days of receipt.

Return shipping is free to all of the Canada and U.S (lower 48 continental states or Washington DC). We will send you a pre-paid return label.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER REQUIRED
All products being returned must have a Return Authorization number in order for a prompt refund. The product must be returned within 10 days of issuance of the Return Authorization number. Original freight charges (if any) are not refundable.
90-DAY RETURN PERIOD
You must request a Return Authorization number within 90 days of the date of the original purchase. Securely package items as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
MISSING ITEM OR DAMAGED PRODUCT FEE
Additional fees may be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in "sellable" condition).
Note: We only accept returns on items purchased from GetGlasses.online. Items purchased from any Get Glasses partners retailer directly must be returned to the place of purchase.
